My Story...

Picture this: I used to wait all morning, denying myself any sustenance, just to arrive at the holiday feast and indulge in all the tempting dishes. It left me feeling bloated, fatigued, unwell, and overwhelmed with regret.

But then, one holiday season, it all changed. I had an 'ah-ha' moment. I realized I didn't have to go through this vicious cycle if I approached food and movement differently. I tested this new mindset at a Christmas party, and it made a world of difference.

I vividly recall the curious glances, the questions about why I wasn't going for seconds or thirds, and the inquiries about my changed habits – if I was on a diet. It wasn't easy, but I knew I was onto something important.

This personal transformation inspired me to create the Commit to Your Health women's coaching program. I saw my clients, friends, and family members trapped in the cycle of 'I'll start after the New Year,' bouncing between diets and trends. It hit me that there's a better way. I've found the balance, and I wholeheartedly believe that every woman can discover it, too, with the right guidance and support.
